Florida Buyers Adapting to Housing Market!

Florida homebuyers are continuing to move forward, even as mortgage rates rise. In July,
single- family home sales increased more than 5% from a year earlier, marking the 11th
consecutive month of growth. Pending sales also rose nearly 2.5%.
Many buyers appear to be accepting that 2019-level affordability may not return any time
soon. Rather than waiting for significantly lower rates or prices, they are choosing to move
forward with their home purchases.
The takeaway: Buyers are adapting to today's market - and Florida's housing demand
remains strong. (Florida Realtors News Aug 19th).
